Terms of Service

MakeYourMock is a free, multi-sport mock draft prediction platform. You may use the platform to create leagues, submit draft predictions, and view leaderboards. You agree to use MakeYourMock only for lawful purposes and in ways that do not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the platform.

You must be at least 13 years old to use MakeYourMock. If you are under 18, please review these Terms with a parent or guardian.

When you submit a league name, team name, or any other content to MakeYourMock, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content on the platform.

You are responsible for the content you submit. Do not submit content that is offensive, defamatory, illegal, or that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights.

We reserve the right to remove any user-submitted content that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful.

No account is required to use Team Builder predictions. For league participation, you provide a name to identify your submission. You are responsible for any activity conducted under the name you provide.

League creators are responsible for setting appropriate league names and passwords. Private leagues protected by passwords are the responsibility of the league creator to share securely.

All content, design, and code on MakeYourMock is owned by MakeYourMock or its licensors. You may not reproduce, copy, or redistribute any portion of the platform without prior written permission.

Team names, logos, and sport references are trademarks of their respective owners. MakeYourMock is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any sports league, team, or organization.

MakeYourMock is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, free of errors, or that scores will be calculated without delay.

Draft scoring is based on publicly available official draft results. We are not responsible for discrepancies caused by last-minute trades, pick exchanges, or data errors from third-party sources.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MakeYourMock and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of data, loss of picks, or scoring errors.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of MakeYourMock after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
