Do I need an account to use MakeYourMock?

No. Team Builder predictions require no account at all. For leagues, all you need is a name. No passwords, no email, no credit card.

What sports does MakeYourMock support?

We currently support NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, WNBA, and MLS. Each sport has a full prospect database and every team roster loaded locally so the app is fast.

Is MakeYourMock free?

Yes. Creating leagues, making predictions, and viewing leaderboards are all completely free.

How do I create a league?

Go to the Create page, pick your sport, give your league a name, and optionally set a password to keep it private. Share the link with friends and you are set.

How does league scoring work?

In leagues, you predict every first-round pick. An exact match of player and pick number scores maximum points. Points scale down the further off you are from the correct slot.

Can I make my league private?

Yes. When creating a league, set a password. Anyone trying to join will need to enter it. The link still works -- they just need the password to submit.

Can I edit my picks after submitting?

Picks are locked after submission to keep competition fair. Make sure you are happy with your draft before you hit submit.

What is Team Builder?

Team Builder lets you predict up to 10 players your favorite franchise will select, in sequential order. Pick 1 must match their first selection, Pick 2 their second, and so on.

How does Team Builder scoring work?

Each exact positional match scores one point. Picks you submit beyond the team's actual draft total are ignored. The person with the most correct matches wins the leaderboard for that team.

Can I see what others predicted for my team?

Yes. Every team draft page has a public leaderboard showing all submissions. Expand any entry to see the full pick list.

When are scores calculated?

After each sport's official draft concludes. Once the real picks are in, we calculate every submission automatically. The leaderboard updates and rankings are final.

How do I know when scoring is done?

The leaderboard page will show final scores and rankings once scoring is complete. Until then, you'll see a "Pending" status next to each submission.
