Tampa Bay Buccaneers Mock Draft
National Football League Mock Draft • 2026 Season
Tampa Bay Buccaneers Draft Analysis
Tampa Bay's 8-9 record papered over real problems in the pass rush and along the offensive line, and at No. 15, the Buccaneers need to address one or both. Zion Young, the Missouri edge rusher, plays with a technical refinement rare for a prospect his age - his hand usage and ability to control engagements have drawn comparisons to Za'Darius Smith at a similar stage. At 6-4, 248 pounds, Young wouldn't blow you away with any single measurable, but his film tells the story of a player who wins in multiple ways consistently.
The offensive line is equally pressing, especially if Baker Mayfield returns as the starter. Interior protection was a specific weakness, and a guard who can start immediately would materially improve the passing game. The NFC South is there for the taking - no team in the division won more than nine games last season - and the Buccaneers have enough offensive talent with Mike Evans and Chris Godwin to contend if the line and defensive front get reinforcements this month.
