Cleveland Browns Mock Draft
National Football League Mock Draft • 2026 Season
Cleveland Browns Draft Analysis
Cleveland enters the draft with two first-round picks, Nos. 6 and 24, and a completely overhauled offensive line. The Browns traded for right tackle Tytus Howard and signed guard Zion Johnson, center Elgton Jenkins, and re-signed Teven Jenkins on the interior, committing major money to protect whoever lines up under center for new head coach Todd Monken. The quarterback picture remains murky after a 5-12 season, but the offensive line investment signals a franchise committed to building from the trenches out.
At No. 6, the pick likely comes down to an offensive tackle or a wide receiver. Monroe Freeling, the Georgia left tackle with 6-foot-7 length and exceptional lateral agility, could be the final piece of Cleveland's line rebuild and a franchise blindside protector for the next decade. Alternatively, Carnell Tate from Ohio State would address a receiver room that posted a league-worst 1,467 receiving yards last season. Tate's polished route-running, contested-catch ability, and versatility to play all three receiver positions would give the Browns a genuine No. 1 target. At No. 24, Cleveland can double down on whichever position they didn't take at No. 6. Makai Lemon from USC or guard Olaivavega Ioane from Penn State are both realistic targets. The AFC North features three legitimate playoff contenders, and the Browns need both picks to hit to avoid falling further behind Baltimore, Pittsburgh, and Cincinnati.
