Carolina Panthers Mock Draft
National Football League Mock Draft • 2026 Season
Carolina Panthers Draft Analysis
Carolina's 8-9 campaign showed progress, but the offensive line remains a problem and the secondary has been leaky for two straight seasons. At No. 19, the Panthers need a starter - someone who walks into the building in May and claims a spot by training camp. An offensive tackle who can protect Bryce Young's blind side would be the ideal outcome, and the best tackle remaining on the board should be the pick regardless of which specific name it carries.
If the line options don't excite at 19, a cornerback could address the other glaring issue. The Panthers allowed opposing quarterbacks to post a passer rating above 95 against them last season, and adding a physical, press-capable corner would improve a unit that currently relies too heavily on one or two players. The NFC South remains competitive but beatable - no team ran away with the division - and Carolina is close enough to .500 that a smart draft could push them into the playoff conversation for the first time in years.
